Good Morning Coaches! As we all know. Practice starts Tomorrow. New Year, New Season, New League. Raise the expectations. Some things we need to address and keep in mind for this years practices
All pads and training equipment must be put back in the Field house and properly stored away at the end of each practice.
At the end of practice we must lock the gates up as well.
All spectators, parents and anyone else who is not a coach or part of the Board are not permitted on the field during practice hours.
We have to enforce as much as we can that practice does not start at 6:15 or 6:20. Practice is at 6:00pm which means on the field, equipment on, Water and things prepared on the field ready to go.
Atleast 1 coach from each team must but on the field at 6 ready to start laps and get things rolling. Head coaches do as you see fit to try to enforce being ontime to practice for your team.
I'm excited to see what this year brings us and what we can accomplish as the last few years have been rough. This year can be different with the help of all of you and getting the kids prepared to win.
