I wanted to send the deposits for the fundraising we just recently completed.
1. 8/12/23- Cheer Bake Sale :$193
2. 8/12/23-Cheer 50/50-$344
3. 8/17/23-PHMFA Rita’s Ice Buckets (to collect cash)-$1193.40
I am still waiting for Rita’s to provide how much we earned from 6-8pm.
Fundraising raised so far for the banquet, equipment-$8878.40-
Double Good-$7685.00

Cheer has earned:$942

(Coach Dee spent $92.57 for pizza for the car wash)
We also agreed to give the top seller of the Double Good Fundraiser a $25 gift card.
Let’s vote on when to give that out!
Would the banquet be better or now?
The football team will be doing a Carwash on 8/27/23 from 11-2pm. The funds will go to their banquet gifts (trophies, gifts,etc)
We also have another fundraiser in September! 9/1-9/10 Triangle Hoagies.
This fundraiser will go towards gifts for the banquet for the Indians team (for those on the team that fundraise).
I can ask each team how they would like to contribute their funds.

Correction to lessen any confusion- each team will be fundraising for their banquet items for the hoagies unless they want it to go to the org.
