The PHMFA Board

Some parents wanted to hold a spaghetti dinner to generate funds for the remaining family of the deceased victims of the Plum House explosion.

I have some questions I'm waiting responses back from those doing the planning.

They are asking us for $200 worth of Noodles and sauce. Plus Butter, bread and salad.

This is the extent of what was asked of us.

I'm not sure at this time who they plan to host this event, where, or when.

I'm not against helping to any degree possible.

I did let them know we do not have a budget for this, but that I would bring it to the board to see if we wanted to allot funds toward it.

At this time we have about 7500 in the bank from double good.

Riddell is owed 1500.

Sweetwater is owed 1300. (sound system)

Rent 500.

I cannot think of anything mayjor we need aside from some new tents maybe and some more poms.

This leaves us with around 2k which should stay with us to use for the banquet or to start next season.

I think we should use the PHMFA name and solicite any needed spaghetti dinner its this way rather than giving up our fundraiser money.

We have aslo and already agreed to give the family this weeks 50/50 proceeds.

Which should be going to the Scouts.

So we will need to cover that out the general fund so our Scout players still reap the reward of what was rightfully theirs.
