I wanted to report our last fundraiser!
We raised $7553. Our profit was $2830.
For each hoagie we earned 3.50 per italian (469) and 2.50 per Turkey and Corn beef (262 & 213).
The 2 top sellers of the Double Good and Hoagie Fundraisers were Ariane Bracey and Devin Cargille.
We decided that $50 would come from the fundraiser to cover the 2-$25 gift cards.
The 2 gift cards and receipts for the top sellers for our FUNdraisers: Ariane Bracey-Cheer and Devin Cargille-Football

3. 8/17/23-PHMFA Rita’s Ice Buckets (to collect cash)-$1193.40
I am still waiting for Rita’s to provide how much we earned from 6-8pm.
Correction to lessen any confusion- each team will be fundraising for their banquet items for the hoagies unless they want it to go to the org.

Tonight we earned $1166.83 from the community. I have to wait to see how much we earned from Rita's directly. I wanted to give everyone an update!

Also, Gavin and Mason are y'all open to do a car wash for the football team or would that exhaust the parents?
Football and Cheer will be doing hoagies in September, but they also did not carry their weight with Double Good.
Good Afternoon Board PHFMAly-
The Cheerleader had a successful Car Wash today! Thank you Coach Dee for organizing this fundraiser.
The Cheer teams raised $405.00.
In all transparency I wanted to provide receipts and totals to the board.
Coach Dee spent $92.57 on pizza and drinks for the parents, girls and volunteers today.
So, the take home should be $312.43 that should go towards Cheer for banquet gifts (Coach Dee will need to be reimbursed for her purchase). I am not sure how the board would like to rectifying expenses since there's not a set budget.
I'm not opposed to the organization reimbursing the 92.57 for lunch.
Let's also get a meeting at the field this week, to discuss budgeting, and the first game.

Awesome First official Fundraiser in the Books!!
Overall the organization raised $15,370.00, our take home that will be mailed out in 4-5 weeks was $7685.00.
We will be gearing up for the Cheerleading Car Wash this Sunday.

I wanted to give a couple updates regarding Fundraising!
The Double Good Fundraiser has been successful thus far. I am projecting a take home for the org of maybe 7k. Continue to encourage your players and parents to push it.
There will be a 2nd group fundraiser for Triangle Hoagies on 9/4-9/11. So far I have cheerleaders who will be participating and some of the football teams:Braves and Indians. This fundraiser is another opportunity for those who did not want to sell popcorn an opportunity to raise their $250 amount and for the banquet gifts. The Indians would like to use for gifts after their fundraising amount has been fulfilled.
I wanted to bring this to the board and get your vote. Could I purchase 2 gift cards out of the funds we fundraise to gift the 2 top sellers for popcorn (1 card) and hoagies (1 card)?

Either way- I am ok with $100.
I just don’t want to cause any confusion, etc.
But these are great for my takeaways for the 2023 season of what can be done differently as a board for 2024

Email letter has been sent to Dick's for Coupons, and other assistance.
I also offered commercial advertising on the live stream.
At minimum, im sure they will hook us up with a typical coupon/ % off/ sponsor day.
