It is of utmost importance that our coaches as well as all members of the PHMFA carry themselves with respect for our program and the same toward all other spectators, officials, players and coaches of all the other Big Eastorganizations.
NO MISCONDUCT which is within the Zero Tolerance Policy or Bylaws of the PHMFA as well as the Big East, WILL NOTBE TOLERATED ● Any member in violation of our Zero Tolerance policy or anyone who in the minds of the PHMFA is detrimental to our organization will be expelled from the PHMFA.
As a coach of the PHMFA you are held to a higher standard and with that comes a responsibility to handle issues in a professional manner ● The board understands the amount of work that is involved with coaching youth football and the unwanted conflict that can arise between parents and coaches. We ask that any issue between a parent and coach be brought to the attention of the Team parent for resolution ○ All members including coaches reserve the right to have the PHMFA Board present during any Resolution efforts put forth by the Team Parents.
All PHMFA coaching Positions are Volunteer. All Head coach positions are decided yearly by the PHMFA Executive Board.

Fines:
All leagues carry fines which are charged for infractions to their rules. Any coach who’s behavior results in a fine will be required to pay said fine and can and most likely result in a suspension by the league. (see bylaws for rules and fines) We understand the passion which goes into leading a team. Youth Football is a very competitive sport which requires a substantial amount of self control from its Coaches parents staff and spectators. The PHMFA Head coaches should carry themselves high above this expectation.
