Fines:
All leagues carry fines which are charged for infractions to their rules. Any coach who’s behavior results in a fine will be required to pay said fine and can and most likely result in a suspension by the league. (see bylaws for rules and fines) We understand the passion which goes into leading a team. Youth Football is a very competitive sport which requires a substantial amount of self control from its Coaches parents staff and spectators. The PHMFA Head coaches should carry themselves high above this expectation.
