Cheerleading Picture Day

From TSS Photography, Dear Parents/Guardians: Attached is the picture day schedule. Here are a few tips to make picture day a pleasurable experience for everyone:

NO CAMERAS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD WHILE PHOTOS ARE BEING TAKEN. THIS INCLUDES MOBILE PHONES! THIS APPLIES TO BOTH INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS AND TEAM PHOTOS. PLEASE HELP US DO OUR JOBS THE BEST WE CAN BY NOT PHOTOGRAPHING THE PLAYERS.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive later than your scheduled time, your child may miss his/her team shot.

1. Every player will have at least 2-3 photos taken.  We will have a display board with ideas or you can tell us how you want your child to pose!

2. The photographers will have rosters on hand so you do NOT need to turn anything in on or before picture day!  No money or package selections are collected on picture day.

3. Following picture day, you will receive an email with a link to your child’s photos. (Check your junk mail)

4. We will also follow up with detailed instructions in case you do not get our emails.

5. Our website will allow you to view the photos before you order.  You will place your order online and your photos/products will be shipped directly to you!  You can order as many poses as you choose!

6. We will give everyone 45 days to place your initial order.  We have a very fast turnaround.  You will have your photos within 10 days after ordering.

7. If you do not want us to have contact with your child, please tell us! You are welcome to pose, adjust clothing, fix hair, etc. as long as we can stay on schedule.

8. We will be doing the family photos on Thursday with the Cheerleaders. If you cannot bring your family on that day, we can do it on Wednesday but only after we have completed the individual photos for all players on that team.
