Game Uniform & Equipment handout day.

Please have your Player present in shorts and t-shirt

If you plan to register this same day please be sure of the following:

● Players must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian.

● Parents or Guardians must have up to date photo ID with current address.

● Players must live in the municipality of Penn Hills, PA Alleghany county.

● Players must provide his or hers Original Birth Certificate

● Players must be of proper age and weight

● Parent or guardian are required to Read, Review, Agree, and sign members packet

● All dues paid in full (Cash or Debit/Credit).
