July Football Signups - Ages 7 & 8

Registration for boys and girls from ages 5-13 who wish to participate in Flag/Tackle Football and cheerleading.

Players must be accompanied by their legal parent or guardian.

● Parents or Guardians must have up to date photo ID with current address.

● Players must live in the municipality of Penn Hills, PA Alleghany county.

● Players must provide his or hers Original Birth Certificate

● Players must be of proper age and weight

● Parent or guardian are required to Read, Review, Agree, and sign members packet

● All dues paid in full (Cash or Debit/Credit).
