Hello everyone,

Niether Bethany or myself will be at the field this week.

Any Player missing documents is to send pictures of the documents to thephmfa@gmail.com

Rene:

I will bring all the loose game jerseys to the field for distribution to players who have not recieved them.

They will be in the front room.

I will also bring you the price sheet.

Dionna:

Any additional cheer items that need passed out will be in the upstairs of the field house.

I have 2. Hoping to get some of these last ones taken care of soon.

There are some girls who sign3d up a couple weeks ago who have been advised to wear Red shorts and White T till their uniforms arrive.

Pom poms due to arrive this week.

Of the three of you. One has to make themselves available to hand out equipment one night this week to players who have not recieved any.

Please let me know which one of you would like too, and what day is best. I will drop the key off at the field. It will be in the upstairs.

If anyone needs something pressing let me know. This week's focus should be on getting us through this first game.
