The PHMFA Board

Hey everyone,

I'm going to cancel out in person June 2023 meeting this week due to cancellations.

However we need to get past some items in order to properly move forward.

Agenda items.

• 2023 Head Coaches

• 2023 Team Parents

• BBQ Bash

We have 4 Coaches volenteer to be head coaches.

Here is the plan.

I will run a poll for each team and we will agree to have them head coach, or table it till next meeting.

This will includedl polls for Cheer Coaches as well as Team Parents.

This will happen over the next 2 days.

The Goal is to announce our 2023 staff this coming week.

Also on the agenda is the planning and preparation of the BBQ Bash.

As a board we must oversee the success of this event, but partipation from our members/parents should be welcomed.

I have created an event team where we can discuss as an entire organization the planning of our PHMFA Events.

This is where WE will also be to discuss this topic.

If there is an internal issue withing the group concerning the group or events please bring your concern to the board and not use the Events page as a platform to deal with any drama. This would go for any teams page.

That being said, keep an eye on the event page for the list of needs pertaining to our upcoming BBQ Bash event.

Post comments as well as other need agenda items you feel are at the height of needing our attention.
