I spoke with the event coordinator at Comfort Inn. She won't be there to answer questions, but she says, due to the amount of people we expect (I told her up to 200) we need the grand ballroom. I will get photos this afternoon.
There is one thing, I think, may be an issue, a banquet date has not been scheduled with her. Which makes wonder if there is communication about whether they will do the banquet at the same fee amount as the Hamar House.
What is our banquet date? I need to tell her today so it's locked in. The dates are filling up fast. I'm glad I called, because we may not have been able to get our date later.
All good. I sent the date to the event coordinator. She told me that she 'found' the date on her calendar. 😆
