Good Evening!

I wanted to report what was made this weekend & also an update on Rita's.

1)Rita's check-$140.00

Full total from 8/17/23: $1333.40 ( PHMFA org)

The Braves weekend brought in $782

-50/50:$298

-Chinese Auction:$484

The football team brought in as I mentioned earlier today from the Car Wash-$830

I had someone give me a donation of $10 after the car wash. This fundraiser will be split 4 ways amongst the Scouts, Braves, Indians and Bantams. Each org will receive $207.50.

As of 8.27.23- Fundraising for Banquet gifts for each team:

  1. Scouts Football-$424.50 (not including PHMFA towels)

  2. Braves Football-$989.50

  3. Indians Football-$207.50 (their fundraising day is 9/2/23)

  4. Bantams Football-$207.50 (their fundraising day is 9/16/23)

  5. Cheerleading-$942.00

Beginning 9/1/23, we will host our last (excluding Indians and Bantams games) fundraiser. Most teams will be selling Triangle hoagies. The sell dates will be from 9/1/23 until 9/9/23. Monies will be due by 9/9/23. Coach Steve, myself and 1 more Rep will pick up hoagies and passing them out on 9/13/23.

Jim, I know you mentioned that not all players/ cheerleaders have paid their registration fees.

I cannot make this decision alone, but I would like to hear your opinions on those who still owe that 10% goes back to the organization to be used:

a)for addtl expensive for this season

b) to offset the cost of individuals who have not fundraised

C) monies for next season

The purpose of the hoagie fundraiser is to raise additional monies for the teams for their banquet gifts. This idea came to me from Coach Steve himself. I just opened it up to all the other teams.

I can create a poll or we can discuss this week at the fieldhouse.
