2022 Rosters have begun

(Rostered players are those who have paid. There are many more registered and occasionally recieve emails disclosing signup information.
There are many kids from last year who have not signed up yet for the 2022 season. I will begin to reach out again, you should all to the same. This last month is critical for filling the teams. Social media needs pounded with flyers, photos, videos and all other content hyping up and promoting the season. Use the aspect that we play all school district teams.
Every little bit is gonna help.

Equipment handouts
Held at the William McKinley Center.
All coaches need to be present during their Teams equipment pickup.
Items that will need handed out.
(1) Red - Pants
(1) Practice Jersey
(1) Game Jersey
(1) Pair of Shoulder pads
(1) Helemet
Get your staff and teams organized. One of you for each team will need to track and record the Jersey #'s. Bear in mind that each team has an inventory of short length jerseys. Please Issue them by size before number.
Scouts will be getting New jerseys that replicate the (3) Tackle teams. However these will not be in until the 2nd week of August. We will still be suiting up the Scouts, July 18th, 19th, & 20th for all items outside of thier Jersey. Please have one flag coach available each night.
Equipment Manager
If anyone would like to involve themselves more in becoming part of the senior staff by taking on the role of PHMFA Equipment Manager just let me know.
Tasks Related to position:
Inventory/Organizing
Cleaning & preservation
Maintenance
Budgeting
Coaches Rosters.
Head coaches, please send me a list of your staff and their position on the Team. I would like to let Parents know who the coaches will be. We may also ask for a photo or get together to take a Team photo of each coaching staff.
We have some new coaches not part of this group yet I'm sure. If you know of them please invite them in or let me know and I will.
Events
Along with equipment handouts all head coaches are to be present at every event day. If you cannot make an event you must send the Asst. Head coach or another coach.
All the coaches should be present during Games and practices. We also encourage you all to be at events like the Parade and BBQ.
