Hey Coaches! This is Joe Joiner one of the Indians coaches. We are going to give out 5 certificates to boys on each team. The categories are:
Most Improved Player
110% Effort Award
Most Heart Award
Most Coachable Player
Most Consistent Player
Please send me the name of each kid for each Certificate and I will bring them Saturday. Please choose boys that were NOT All-Stars. If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks!
That's why I said suggestions are very much welcomed. Only have 14 kids everyone going home feeling good. I'm sure we'll be on the same page with all the players. .
